Facilities Support Worker (Caretaker)

Job Title	Facilities Support Worker (Caretaker)
Salary	NJC Scale 4, Spinal Column Point 18 – 21 £18, 916 p.a. (incl OLW) PRO RATA, plus Pension.
Hours	Part time, 16 hours per week (3 hours Mon/Tue/Wed/Thurs and 4 hours Fridays, usually mornings)
Duties	Supporting the Head of Asset Management to carry out facilities support work across all CVA (Croydon Voluntary Action) sites, and at other places where CVA activities are carried out. To liaise with the various CVA Centre Administrators, or principal CVA building occupants: to ensure that each site, and work place, is kept safe and tidy, and is maintained in a state of good repair.
