- A centre administrator is based at each centre and can help room hirers and office users develop their services
- CVA can provide a number of additional services to office users and room hirers i.e. access to subsidized training, design and print services, funding advice and access to support networks and forums
- Groups can hire rooms even if they don’t use office spaces
- CVA provides a facilities management advice service giving group operational support and practical advice on how to manage facilities
- CVA holds a list of affordable repairs and maintenance personnel experienced in working in a third sector setting
- CVA has over thirty different resources available for community groups to use including therapy rooms, ICT suite, Interview rooms and a Sports Hall

This innovative shared workspace is located in the heart of Croydon, near West Croydon. With 30 workspaces available for hot desking or more regular arrangements for local groups, your charity can hire desk space from as little as £15 per day (all inclusive).
Acting as CVA's head office, most of CVA’s staff are based here. You can also access three meeting / training rooms, a large conference hall and drop in facilities, all available seven days a week 8am to 11pm.

Waterside is home to a number of groups such as UNACC Day Centre as well as many community events. Situated in a very attractive setting next to South Norwood Lake and Park, this fully accessible centre is close to many bus routes and Norwood Junction (10 minutes walk), with unrestricted parking nearby. Available to hire from 9 am to 11pm, six days a week (Sundays to 10 pm), users benefit from a sliding scale of charges for size, type and venue space. Our focus is healthy living, sports and recreation.

About Cornerstone House.......
Cornerstone House has provided office and meeting space for many years.
It is a thriving centre with 18 office based user groups, and hosts up to 4,000 activity based hours each year.
Up to 30 voluntary groups can access low cost meeting spaces, these include: 2 small interview rooms; a large meeting hall with kitchen; a crèche; a drop-in; ICT suite; private car park and small garden, all these facilities add to the high user satisfaction.

The Centre is open 7 days a week from 8.00 am – 11.00 pm.

The centre is near to many bus routes, West Croydon / Thornton Heath train stations.

Cancellation Policy
Based in the Thornton Heath Leisure Centre, CVA’s HLC has a meeting rooms and two smaller counselling rooms, one of which is equipped with a therapy couch, and is aimed at groups that support people seeking to improve their health and well-being. The rooms are available for hire Monday to Friday 6 p.m.-9.30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
We are near the Clock Tower, many buses right outside the Centre, with pay and display nearby.
