This innovative shared workspace is located in the heart of Croydon, near West Croydon. With 30 workspaces available for hot desking or more regular arrangements for local groups, your charity can hire desk space from as little as £15 per day (all inclusive).

Acting as CVA's head office, most of CVA’s staff are based here. You can also access three meeting / training rooms, a large conference hall and drop in facilities, all available seven days a week 8am to 11pm.

Waterside is home to a number of groups such as UNACC Day Centre as well as many community events. Situated in a very attractive setting next to South Norwood Lake and Park, this fully accessible centre is close to many bus routes and Norwood Junction (10 minutes walk), with unrestricted parking nearby. Available to hire from 9 am to 11pm, six days a week (Sundays to 10 pm), users benefit from a sliding scale of charges for size, type and venue space. Our focus is healthy living, sports and recreation.

Easter Fayre at Waterside Centre

Do drop in on Tuesday 3rd April to the Waterside Centre Easter Fayre.  It takes place form 10.00am to 2.30pm, entry is free and to see details of the many attractions click on the leaflet below.

Easter Fayre

This long standing CVA venue provides office and meeting space for up to 40 organisations at any time. As a thriving centre with 18 office based user groups and 40 regular workers, it hosts up to 4000 activity based hours each year.
Up to 25 voluntary groups can access low cost office space and seven meeting spaces including small interview rooms and large hall with kitchen. There is also a crèche and ICT suite, private car park and small garden all add to the high user satisfaction.

We are open 7 days a week from 8am to 11pm.

Based in the Thornton Heath Leisure Centre, CVA’s HLC has a suite of meeting rooms, one to one counselling rooms, and a training room aimed at groups that support people seeking to improve their health and well-being. We are open 9:30am to 9:30pm Monday to Friday.

You can book offices, meeting / interview rooms, activity rooms, kitchen and / or two consulting rooms.

We are near the Clock Tower, many buses right outside the Centre, with pay and display nearby.
