What Does the Mental Health Forum Offer?

The Croydon Mental Health Forum is open to people who use or have used mental health services, carers, the voluntary and community sector, and anyone with an interest in improving mental health in Croydon. Led by its members and supported by voluntary sector staff, we hold bi-monthly friendly informal community meetings, in a confidential setting.

 Why is this important?

If you are interested in improving mental health in Croydon, here is a great opportunity to influence, monitor and have a say in service planning and delivery.
By sharing ideas, concerns and campaigning together, we can improve Croydon’s mental health, whether engaging with Health and Social Care Service Senior Managers or increasing your knowledge of good mental health practice by listening to qualified speakers.
Croydon’s Mental Health Forum provides an excellent supportive opportunity to build your understanding of different perspectives: the User/Survivor, the Carer and the Voluntary and Community Sector perspective as well as discussing positive and negative aspects of Croydon’s mental health services.
