What happens next? We aim to answer your query as soon as possible, normally within a couple of days. Where we need longer to investigate, we will contact you to tell you who is dealing with your feedback and when to expect a full response. If you want to read a detailed version of our complaints policy and procedure please ask for it, using the Feedback Box.
