CVA training

CVA is a short course training centre. The courses are aimed at staff, committee members and volunteers in the local voluntary sector. Under-funded groups can apply for CVA bursary funds.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
“Put yourself ahead, brush up on your IT skills!”
Learn the tricks of using Word for everyday tasks; Excel - for simple calculations, creating charts and graphs for your reports and PowerPoint for creating effective eye-catching presentations. Crown it by developing your skills in sending/receiving emails, navigating and searching for information on the Internet.

MANAGING PEOPLE

CVA Training Courses run for one day, 10 am to 4:30 pm. Fees are £35 for CVA members, £50 for other voluntary organisations, and £60 for statutory organisations.
