You will want to attend the ‘working out your project idea’ session first before attending this free workshop which provides an overview of key things needed for any early stage organisation seeking to set itself up properly for future success. Covering a wide range of areas such as legal structures, essential systems, free support, common founder issues, you will want to attend if you find you are facing hurdles / barriers or want to check that the direction you are heading in, is worth the effort. 

Each workshop lasts 2.5 hours and will include an expert presentation, group work to allow attendees to share ideas and solutions, as well as time for individual customised support.
