Online Support: Tackling your Stress and Worries

An  online moderated group for peer support and learning to young people (14-25) in Croydon and Sutton.
This session covers stress and anxiety.  Whilst we all feel nervous and tense from time to time, too much stress and pressure can leave you feeling anxious, which can affect your sleep, appetite and ability to concentrate.
Join them and other young people to chat about experiences and to share ideas of ways to tackle stress and worries.
