Role:
To work with adults with Learning disabilities and assist them with various activities, you need to demonstrate your performance and experience to ensure that service users have increased independence and have more choice and control the service they receive. Also you have to work as a key worker to improve service users’ health and are able to link in with social service, community network and other appropriate services as and when required.
Minimum requirements:
Deputy Coordinator- LDQ/NVQ level 3 Qualification and experience of working in any care for at least two years; for Support Worker- LDQ/NVQ level 2 Qualification and experience of working in any care for at least two years and also MiDAS and / or driving licence for driver’s position.
