This session will look at ways to create effective volunteers roles that will attract volunteers and support your organisation’s work.

We will establish what you want volunteers to achieve and examine what volunteers look for in a role.

Once you have a great volunteer role we will identify how you can let people know about the role using local resources and online tools. We will determine the processes you can put in place to select volunteers and we will discuss safe recruitment.

This is a great session for those new to volunteer management or who want to refresh their organisation’s approach to volunteering.
