We will discuss issues of diversity and what it means to have an inclusive volunteering project with limited time and resources.

We will look at how to help colleagues involve volunteers and how monitoring the time and work of your volunteers can be used to recognise their contribution to your organisation’s work.

This is a great session for those new to volunteer management or who want to refresh how their organisation’s approach to volunteering.
