Managing Meetings - a practical guide

Zoom is one of the most popular video platforms. Community groups, teachers, colleges, counsellors and friends are increasingly using it to keep in touch during the COVID-19 lockdown.

Maybe be you have used Zoom to attend a meeting and now you want to set your own classes up, keep in touch with an existing group, use it for teaching or perhaps to have run a few and have some questions.

These sessions are practical hands on guides where we go through some of the key point, tips on managing meetings and to experience some of the more advanced features in action.

They will focus on

• Managing meetings and 'code of conduct'

• Host/ Co-Host duties

• Settings with Zoom

• Setting up Polls

• Using Breakout Rooms

• Becoming 'IT Support'

• Your questions answered

Separate sessions can be arranged for groups of 4 or more.
