A free event for Croydon's carers.

Arthritis Action will be hosting an information session for carers about living with the mental and physical health impact of arthritis. It will be an opportunity to learn more about physical activity, diet, pain management, pacing and much more.

The talk will run for 25 mins, then be open for questions and answers. The session is open for both carers and/or people who have arthritis.
