Healthy Lives
The Healthy Lives group for adults with a learning disability and their carers meets several times a month to explore parks and other fun places in and around Croydon with our social and walking groups. To join email emily@croydonmencap.org.uk or call 07754 979 340.
 
Chill and Chat
Chill and Chat is a peer support group, meeting term-time only, for parent carers and their children with additional needs under 5 in a relaxed, fun, supportive and non-judgemental setting. There is also a WhatsApp group sharing information, advice and support as well as Zoom sessions and phone calls for those who are unable to come in person. Early Positive Approaches to Support Training
These are courses designed for parent carers of children with a learning or developmental disability under 5 (you do not need a diagnosis). Sessions support wellbeing for family caregivers, positive development for children and access to other services. Courses are currently available free of charge and are available online or in-person.
