It will cover all 3 benefits Disability Living Allowance for age up to 16, Personal Independence Payment for working age and Attendance Allowance for those who are retired.

This is a look at whether you should be claiming disability benefits, how they work and what the problems are you may find with making claim with Roni Marsh at South West London Law Centres. It will include information on the 3 main disability benefits, the criteria for claiming them and what to consider when filling in your application form. She will cover some of the important phrases you could use when filling the forms such as repeatedly, safely, to an acceptable standard and in a reasonable time. She will explain what the decision makers are thinking when they are considering your application form and what to do if you don’t get the awarded the benefit.

The webinar will include useful information to help you fill in your form including links to websites to get information about claims, where to find help to fill in your form if you don’t feel you can manage it on your own and the criteria the decision makers will consider for each of the benefits. There will be a question and answer time at the end of the session.
